ULTRASONIC VINYL RECORDS CLEANER
Ultrasonic cleaning is achieved by producing millions of microscopic air bubbles in a tank of water, generated by a transducer that transmits the ultrasonic sound through the liquid. These tiny bubbles reach breaking point and implode giving incredible cleaning results by dislodging the build-up of dirt and grime that is normally impossible to remove by hand.
And now launched a program that can clean 4 LP records with timer and heater features, more rational configuration, and your record labels stay dry and protected while washing.

HOW TO USE THE CLEANING MACHINE:
1: Placed the machine on a horizontal table, connecting the machine with electricity, insert the bracket completely in the back middle of machine, fasten the bracket with two screws.
2: Before putting the records, screw down the screw cap, put a record label protector, and put a records, and so forth, and put a record label protector at last.
3: Pour the water into the tank and let the half of records into the water, do not use the records solutions. Connect the bracket with adapter; the records will be rotated after you turn on the bracket.
4: Start the ultrasonic cleaning, set the time in 8 minutes,set the temperature at 35 degrees.
5: Wait for the ultrasound stop , then remove the records after washing.
6: Put the vinyl records on the drying rack.

①DO NOT run the machine continously for more than 20 minutes at a time.Let the machine rest for at least 10 minutes before continue for next washing,to keep the machine durable in use.
②DO NOT operate the machine without fluid in the tank.
③Use ONLY DISTILLED WATER.No any solutions is allowed.
